Edge of the Storm
Edge of the Storm

Evening draws in over the mountains of Snowdonia and the storm clouds that had been plaguing the Ogwen Valley all day suddenly begin to clear... allowing a magnificent display of crepuscular rays to illuminate Llyn Ogwen and the shapely peak of Tryfan if only for a matter of seconds... Although I almost exclusively shoot my images using a tripod, occasionally there is simply not time. A series of handheld images were taken during the very brief window of opportunity offered.
