Shot from a neighbouring mountain, I waited for over 2 hours in testing conditions to capture this image of Llyn Bochlwyd and Cwm Bochlwyd high up in the Glyderau Mountains. Such a location requires the right conditions and this is a place where blue skies are definitely NOT the order of the day. The stormy light, the cloud enshrouded peak of Glyder Fach and austere location all add to the dramatic nature of this image.
